Victor-Emmanuel Boinem was born in Liège in 1988. Fervent adept of the new wave, the zealous spirit both fascinated by the cinema of Bresson and reality TV, he obtained his diploma in realization at the INSAS in Brussels in 2011. He continued with a Master’s Degree in Performing Arts at the University of Liège with a didactic approach and directed his first feature film Comme si de rien n’était produced by Les Films du Carré. He is also assistant director on several projects, screenwriter, teacher, composer and artistic director of Pop-Katari Records web-label. He participated as a juror and film critic at numerous festivals. He is now working as a writing assistant for Les Films du Carré.
